Hello Everyone and Welcome Back
We came back and hit the ground running.
I hope your students have gotten adjusted and back into some sort of routine.
I thank you for taking a moment to check out out our blog. this will be the best way to keep track of what your student is doing in class.
I will update these every monday with the weeks events and the lesson plans for the week. Core 1 started with some get to know you activities to get them accustomed to talking in fron of other people. that is what our indutyr is about, right?
This week we have been working on some Career Exploration.They are working in pairs and have done some great research about their chosen careers.
They will compile the information and present it via Power Point hopefully starting friday.
Ask them about it.
I also would like to add that the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month will be Dress For Success. We are in the professional industry and must represent our selves as such. Your students will be required to dress as an employability grade. It will count as 10% of their over all grade.
Please also, check with Russell Hall and get access to your students Synergy account. We will be “live” on Wednesday August 21st.
It is a great venue for you to have access to your students grades..
Please keep checking back and feel free to offer feedback and ideas.
