Our first test will be Friday, January 31, 2014.  It will cover the short story “The Cask of Amontillado” by Edgar Allan Poe, fiction literature terms and some cold reading passages.

Reading Enrichment Project due Friday, January 31, 2014. 


Today in class we created the flip books to use with the Reading Enrichment Project.


You are responsible for reading a fiction book of your choice and completing the flip book in relation to your book of choice.


I have uploaded the powerpoint that we used in class to create the flip book.

  DUE TOMORROW - Shakespearean Sonnet

Remember, your sonnet is due tomorrow. This first draft of the sonnet should include 14 lines, ABAB-CDCD-EFEF-GG rhyme scheme. Also, write a sentence that explains your topic and why you chose to write about the topic.
