I hope this email finds everyone doing well and staying safe and healthy.
As we begin the last week of digital learning, I’d like to remind you once again about the Rack Performance workouts and codes that are available to you. I have posted those codes below again for you.
Again, congratulations to our graduating seniors and I wish all of you a bright, successful future.
I am hopeful that all the underclassmen will return to McEachern in the fall and that we can be reunited at the appropriate time. In the meantime, continue to be safe and stay healthy. Work to improve your level of fitness by completing the workouts on Rack Performance or by doing your own challenging (but safe!) activities.

Weekly Update May 11-15
Parents and Students,
I hope everyone is staying safe and healthy. I just wanted to remind everyone that the daily workouts are available each day on Rack Performance. The codes for each class are listed below.
I wanted to congratulate all the Seniors as you complete your time at McEachern HS. I am certain that this is not the way you thought it would or wanted it to happen, but nonetheless the time has come and I would encourage you to move forward with great enthusiasm, determination and a renewed sense of gratitude for the little things in life that Covid 19 has allowed us to realize.
For all the underclassmen, I encourage you to finish the school year strong and strive to attain all A’s!

Hello Everyone,
I hope that all of you and your families are staying safe and healthy!
I sent out an email last week in regards to the school district’s policy for academics for the remainder of the school year. I asked that if you wanted to continue to perform the digital (written) assignments in an effort to improve your grade to please email and let me know.
I am assuming that since I didn’t hear from any and that the lowest grade that I had in any of my classes was a 92, that none of you wanted to take me up on this offer. However, I want to continue to provide you with an opportunity to maintain your level of fitness for the remainder of the school year.
I have listed the class codes for the Rack Performance system that we have used in class below.
All you need to do is go on the website and create an account ( https://weightroom.rackperformance.com/Account/Login ) if you have not already done so and put in the class code that applies to the specific class that you are in (see below for codes). There is a workout for those that have equipment at home and a workout for those that do not have equipment at home that you can select from.
