  Chorus Information Must Read 8/26/17

Hello Parents, and Students!

 This is just a follow-up from the Chorus Kick-Off Meeting we had this past Thursday evening.  I am hoping that you have received all the documents that I have sent home yesterday and earlier this month regarding the chorus. 

 You should have received

1 Chorus Syllabus to be signed and returned for a grade

2 Schedules of Chorus Activities 1 of them to be signed and returned for a grade

1 Chorus Handbook that should be used as a reference if you have any questions about what is expected from your student

Chorus Partnership letter from McEachern HS Chorus Booster Club

Information regarding Spring Trip to Williamsburg, VA

1 Calendar with September and October Dates (Located on the Blog)

  1. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU SEND IN YOUR CHILD’S FAIR SHARE OF $60 IF YOU HAVE NOT ALREADY.
  1. WE WILL BEGIN DRESS AND TUX FITTING MONDAY 8/28 AND TUESDAY 8/29 TO START GETTING UNIFORMS PREPARED FOR THE CONCERT SEASON.
  1. WE HAVE 50 OPEN SEATS FOR WILLIAMSBURG, VA AND INITIAL DEPOSIT IS $150 DUE OCTOBER 27TH
