1. Please complete the activity log 2-3 times per week to log your 20-30 minutes of physical activity.
Physical Activity Basic Examples: Choose 1-2 Exercises for each day
Cardiovascular Endurance - Run/Jog/Walk 1 mile or pacer Muscular Endurance - Curl Ups (Sit Ups) Muscular Strength - Push Ups Flexibility - sit and reach for legs, arm pulls for legs/shoulders
