Tuesday- Finish up Short term/Long term latent print lab; Printing with powders lab
Wednesday- Chemical lifts notes & labs; Print quiz 1
Thursday- “Other Prints” (lip, palm, toe, ear, etc.); Set up case of Kissing bandit; Toe prints; Print article summary of your choice
Friday- Start Impression evidence
Work on your Print Portfolio as we progress through the unit… directions, rubric, etc. on schoology AND on your print unit assignment sheet

Tuesday- Trace Evidence test and Print Unit pretest
Wednesday- History of prints webquest and Bertillon Measuring activity We will review new unit assignment sheet and discuss print portfolio project
Thursday & Friday- Obtaining visible prints with ink- All students will complete My Prints with class data, Identifying minutiae, Practicing PI number, Short & Long term print lab as well as print article summary of their choice.

Tuesday & Wednesday- Soil as Evidence; Chemical & Physical testing of soils lab
Thursday & Friday- Glass as Evidence; Observing Characteristics of Glass; Glass fracture review worksheet
Monday- Unit Performance assessment: You’ll be receiving an envelope with samples of hair, glass, soil & fabric. You may perform any of the tests we have done during the unit to identify the correct suspect.
