 This is just a follow-up from the Chorus Kick-Off Meeting we had this past Thursday evening.  I am hoping that you have received all the documents that I have sent home yesterday and earlier this month regarding the chorus. 

 You should have received

1 Chorus Syllabus to be signed and returned for a grade

2 Schedules of Chorus Activities 1 of them to be signed and returned for a grade

1 Chorus Handbook that should be used as a reference if you have any questions about what is expected from your student

10 REMINDERS for this Month!

1. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU SEND IN YOUR CHILD’S FAIR SHARE OF $60 IF YOU HAVE NOT ALREADY.

2. WE WILL BEGIN DRESS AND TUX FITTING MONDAY 8/28 AND TUESDAY 8/29 TO START GETTING UNIFORMS PREPARED FOR THE CONCERT SEASON.

3. WE HAVE 50 OPEN SEATS FOR WILLIAMSBURG, VA AND INITIAL DEPOSIT IS $150 DUE OCTOBER 27^TH

4. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN HELPING WITH THE CHORUS IN ANY CAPACITY THIS YEAR, PLEASE E-MAIL ME ASAP! LET ME KNOW YOUR GIFTS AND TALENTS!!!
