Learn How to Use Pinnacle
Pinnacle is
the grade book and attendance software used by our teachers and
staff. The Pinnacle Internet Viewer (PIV) allows for secure
Internet access for families and students to view a student's
grades and attendance.
Harrison
High School conducted a Pinnacle pilot during the Spring
semester of last school year. The pilot was tremendously
successful and the school district has adopted the software for
use district-wide.
Families now
need only one account to access information on all of the high
school students in their family. For example, if a family
includes three students attending McEachern, the parent will
have access to all three students from one account. Also, if a
family has students at more than one high school (one at
McEachern, another at Hillgrove), those students will also be
viewable from one account.
Students
will continue to have their own accounts for access to only
their individual information. They received these accounts
in advisement on September 25.
Another
enhancement is that a non-custodial parent can have his or her
own account to view information for his or her children.
To
obtain PIV account information, pick up the form at school or
Download the PIV Agreement Form,
complete and sign the form, and return it to the school. You
will need a photo ID to pick up the account information.
Account Pick Up:

Russell Hall daily between the hours of 8:30 and 11:30 AM and
between 2:00 and 4:00 PM. Passwords will NOT be available
during the student lunch periods. A picture ID is required.
Students will not be allowed to pick up
