Congratulations McEachern on the Bronze Award |
 The Governor's Office of Student Achievement has recognized McEachern for improvements and achievement. McEachern has received the Highest Performing Bronze Award based on performance on state curriculum exams and AYP. McEachern has also received the Greatest Gain Bronze Award. This award is for the greatest gains for students meeting and exceeding standards.
As the year progresses, I am sure that many more recognitions and accolades are in store for McEachern. It is imperative that we understand that we have made gains, but there are many more to be had, and through building relationships with our students and community, our students can go as far as their and our minds can take them.

 The Cobb Schools Foundation is excited to announce that we have received approval from the Georgia Department of Revenue and the Department of Motor Vehicles to offer an official "Support Cobb Schools" license plate! We need to sell at least 1,000 license plates before the plate can be manufactured. The Foundation will donate $10 for each plate sold by February 3 to your school! To order your plate, simply print out the attached application, write the name of your school on the top, fill out the form, attach payment and send to the Foundation office. Applications must be postmarked no later than February 3 for your school to receive credit. |

| Tutoring Information: |
All tutorial help sessions will be held in the locations indicated on the "AIP Tutorial Locations 2011 2012" link below from 3:45 until 5:00 PM, and a "AIP ticket" is required for attendance. "Tickets" can be downloaded from the McEachern Website (see AIP ticket guidelines 11 12 below) and may also be obtained from teachers and the administrative offices around campus. Students arriving later than 3:45 PM will not be allowed into tutorials – even if they have a teacher note. Students may sign out of the tutorial session and wait for their ride near the PAC/flagpole area. |
