Shop with an Indian grows in its second year 

On December 10th, approximately 300 McEachern students will be shopping with 106 students from Compton, Varner, Powder Springs, Austell Primary, Austell Intermediate and Dowell Elementary. McEachern students are working hard to collect donations to cover the expenses for their elementary shopper.  Sponsorship of an elementary student includes a shirt, breakfast, lunch, transportation, gift wrap, crafts and a treat bag for every shopper.  Each shopper will also receive $100 to spend at Walmart with their assigned team of high school shoppers. 

With a growing group, expenses grow as well.  If you or your business would like to help, donations (made payable to McEachern High School) can be dropped off at the school or mailed to:

Beta Club Gift Card Fundraiser

Beta Club is selling gift cards for the holidays.  By purchasing the gift cards from us instead of the store or the display at Kroger, Beta Club gets a portion of the profits to be used to cover state convention competition expenses and projects like Military Mail, Shop with an Indian and Relay for Life.  Orders are due with payment on December 1st and will be back in about a week.   There are a wide variety of choices this year including restaurants, hotels, stores, gasoline, home improvement stores, and entertainment.

Tutoring Information: 

All tutorial help sessions will be held on the second floor of the Freshman Center from 3:45 until 5:00 PM, and a "ticket" is required for attendance.  "Tickets" can be downloaded from the McEachern Website and may also be obtained from teachers and the administrative offices around campus.  Students arriving later than 3:45 PM will not be allowed into tutorials – even if they have a teacher note. Students may sign out of the tutorial session and wait for their ride near the PAC/flagpole area.

Bus Transportation:
Bus transportation will be provided from Nov. 1st through Dec. 6th for students who complete and turn in the transportation form provided according to the instructions given on the form.
