All tutorial help sessions will be held in the locations indicated on the "Tutorial Locations" link below from 3:45 until 5:00 PM, and a "AIP ticket" is required for attendance.  "Tickets" can be downloaded from the McEachern Website (see AIP ticket guidelines 2011-2012 below) and may also be obtained from teachers and the administrative offices around campus.  Students arriving later than 3:45 PM will not be allowed into tutorials – even if they have a teacher note. Students may sign out of the tutorial session and wait for their ride near the PAC/flagpole area.
