  McEachern High School offers a wide range of helpful tools to ensure student learning. Parents and students may access county curriculum through the Picasso Portal by clicking on the link below. Parents and students may view their academic progress and attendance records through I-Parent online tool.

Picasso is a portal that provides differentiated information to CCSD staff, parents, and students. It is a resource that provides teachers access to the standards that they are to teach as well as access to multiple resources and information o�n the process of teaching. Parents and students are provided access to learning resources, announcements related to learning, and curriculum standards. The portal is a living document that is updated frequently throughout the school year. Check it often!

This program is an integral part of our student information system, SchoolMax.  By joining this program, you will have instant, online access to your child’s attendance, tardies, and discipline.  You will also have access to grading data for each class in which your child is enrolled, with assignments updated on a regular basis.

When a request is received to create an I-Parent account for parents living out of state the following is required:

1. A notarized letter from the out of state parent requesting I-Parent access needs to be mailed to the local school.
2. The custodial parent is to be notified by mail or phone of this request.
3. The acceptable use letter is mailed to the out of state parent.
4. Upon return of the signed acceptable use letter, the access key can be mailed to the out of state parent.
I-Cue is a teacher resource for maintaining student grades and student's data.
